DESCRIPTION

The Professionalism and Integrity in Research Program (P.I. Program) was established in 2013 as the first remediation program for researchers who violated expectations for the responsible conduct of research (RCR). Using a career-coaching model, the P.I. Program offers personalized assessments, a group workshop, and post-workshop coaching calls to help researchers operate professionally in today’s complex environments. The goal of this 2-year project is to raise awareness of the value of the program and increase assessment of participants’ needs focusing on workplace habits.
